My name is Jo White and I was born in October 1966. I am both a cancer survivor and cancer fighter. I am a family man with two grown up sons who I am immensely proud of and my wonderful wife who has supported me through thick and thin. Workwise I like to think of myself as an Adventure Training Instructor. Since 1998 I have worked mainly with the Military as a Civilian Instructor (I01) improving peoples fitness and to rehabilitate both Civilian and Military personnel after injury.

Since 1998 I have worked with the Military as a Civilian Instructor (I01), improving peoples fitness, rehabilitating both Civilian and Military personnel after injury. I have worked at the Army School of Physical Training at Bulford, Salisbury Plain…

Later I move to the Army Sub Aqua Diving Centre in Bovington in Dorset. I have also travelled worldwide Teaching people various activities including; Sub Aqua Diving, Mountain Leading, Running, Functional Fitness, Swimming, Athletics and Weight Lifting.
